Head designer Jay Sun explains, “Some people have ‘it’ and they don’t need our help. But most people have one or two good features and need a way to use those assets. Our clothing allows that, whether it’s a loose, flowing shirt that shows off the upper torso or a pair of pants with patented butt-cupping action, we won’t let that trendy friend of yours peacock someone right from under your nose.”
Critics note that many people will ignore the charts that Beta 2.0 offers to help out customers and will still follow the trendy fad. The company dismisses this and says its new approach will be welcomed by the populace. “They are looking to move past the old and broken, to the new hotness,” CEO Bill Randolph responds. Only time will tell.
