So while I hope the entire A Time of War: The BattleTech RPG is well received and enjoyed, I believe the single most anticipated part of this book for many players is the Tactical Combat Addendum. The strongest and I hope best attempt yet to wed the personnel-scale of combat into the tactical scale of combat of Total Warfare (i.e. the boardgame rules).

While I could go on and on talking about it, I thought it might be better to simply provide the TOC of the section so you can see what we've tried to accomplish. [Note that an asterisk below represents a #2 header...my html-fu isn't up to the task this morning of making it work any other way...apologies...]
