Blakist Fanatics Enslaving Gibson?

The compounds of the Word of Blake on Gibson have always been mysterious, even when the Order’s Ruling Conclave met there prior to their capture of Terra in 3058. But now the mystery is beginning to rub off, and the first stirrings of horror are starting to be felt.
Since the arrival of the Fifty-second Shadow Division the world of Gibson has been held as a Blakist protectorate, much like it was in 3056, but despite our Prince’s demands that the world be returned to Regulus’ control no information not vetted by the Word has been received.
The terrifying soldiers known as Manei Domini now infest Gibson, and it appears that more are being raised there every day. The former compounds of the Ruling Conclave have been sealed off by elite security forces, and more and more Domini pour out of the facility every day. What concerns us most is that we’ve seen precious few recruits enter these facilities—but we have seen prisoner transports. Lots of prisoner transports.
Could the Word of Blake be enslaving their enemies to fight for them? And, if they are, who is to say that their enemies do not include the innocents of Gibson as well, the citizens of Portent and the surrounding valleys, the very people the Word once held under their thumb before the Knights of the Inner Sphere arrived?
